Psychology and social transformation

At the School of Management and Technology, the Psychology professorships at the two institutes for (1) Management & Organisation (IMO) and (2) Performance Management (IPM) conduct psychological research on business-related, entrepreneurial and organisational topics. This research analyses the success of a responsible, sustainable and socially just transformation of work, entrepreneurship, organisations and society. The focus can be classified into the division of ‘Industrial, Organisational and Economic Psychology’ (AOW) of the German Psychological Society (DGPs), the corresponding application subject of AOW psychology and the basic subjects of social psychology and general psychology.
