Dr. Daniel Vorgrimler works at the Federal Statistical Office of Germany (Destatis), the central authority for official statistics in Germany. The Federal Statistical Office provides comprehensive data on the economy, society, environment, and the state, thereby supporting policymakers, researchers, and the public in making evidence-based decisions.
In his talk, Dr. Vorgrimler will provide an overview of the diverse datasets available at the Federal Statistical Office and explain how researchers and student researchers can gain access to these data. He will also present selected statistics and surveys that are conducted on a regular basis and conclude with insights into the Federal Statistical Office as a potential employer.
The talk will be held in German.
