As part of Prof. Dr Genschow’s Gender & Diversity Talk series, Dr Mehmet A. Orhan will present research on scientific inequalities, turing toward publication and authorship inequalities. Analyzing data from top-tier journals in three different fiedls (i.e., industrial-organzizational psychology, human resource management, and management) over six decades, Dr. Orhan brings to light the extent and consequences of scientific elitism.
