Prof Velte publishes petition with over 40 other scientists on the adoption of EU supply chain regulation

Together with Prof Dr Anne-Christin Mittwoch, Prof Velte drafted a petition for the adoption of the EU Supply Chain Directive (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive - CSDDD) by the EU Council on 9 February 2024.
This was sent to the Ministers of Finance, Justice, Labour and Social Affairs and the Federal Chancellery. The petition is currently being followed by over 40 academics with a focus on law and economics.
