Strengthening sustainability literacy: We are “Change Leader” at Sulitest
2026-04-24 The School of Management & Technology is the only business school at a public university in Germany to have joined Sulitest’s “Change Leaders” program
By joining the program, participating universities commit to embedding sustainability knowledge in our society. This is achieved through “TASK” (The Assessment of Sustainability Knowledge), a standardized test developed by Sulitest and aligned with the European Sustainability Competence Framework – GreenComp and the UNESCO ESD Framework. This allows for the tracking of knowledge growth in the area of sustainability over a specific period of time. Through the Sulitest platform, students gain access to a range of resources, such as videos, quizzes, and lecture notes, to enhance their knowledge.
This enables students to assess and expand their knowledge of sustainability literacy and their understanding of key concepts in the global discourse, and to have this knowledge certified.
The implementation of Sulitest, or the inclusion of sustainability topics in the curriculum, is a measure – also requested by students – that is applied within the framework of the quality management tool Assurance of Learning (AoL).
Our Participation in the AoL and Assessment Conference
Since the Faculty of Management & Technology is regarded as a model for responsible management education and sustainability-related learning objectives through its use of Sulitest, our consultant science management , Dr. Lotte Lutz, was invited to the AoL and Assessment Conference organized by AACSB to share her experiences alongside Maha Mourad, a professor at the Onsi Sawiris School of Business (Cairo).
