Employee development for technical and administrative staff

We support employees in technology and administration (MTV) throughout their entire professional lives at Leuphana:

We design and moderate aptitude-diagnostic selection processes for management positions and advise decision-makers on how to conduct professional selection interviews.

We introduce new colleagues to the organisation at regular welcome events.

For their advancement at Leuphana, employees are encouraged to decide which course of action they would like to take. Our colleagues can choose from a wide-ranging internal continuing education programme as well as from external providers such as HÜW. Supervisors play a key role as development partners on site. As needed, we offer employees individual development consultations as well as confidential coaching on personal topics. In addition, we support teams in their daily cooperation by facilitating team development and strategy measures.

We also actively assist in the transition to retirement or to leaving Leuphana in order to value and preserve knowledge, competence and accumulated experience.

Throughout the entire professional lives of our employees, we actively shape the corporate culture at Leuphana by providing a wide range of services, such as our administrative network for sharing ideas and information about innovations at Leuphana, our Leuphana ideas management, our professional health management and our regular employee survey.
