The LL.M. in Competition & Regulation is an internationally oriented programme, offered entirely in the English language, providing the possibility to specialize in Competition & Regulation law. It is based on the interdisciplinary linking of law and business and economics, it is studied in extra-professional mode and is unique on German soil.

Programme's Content: Competition Law – Competition Litigation – State Aids – Competition Economics – Regulation – Economic Aspects of Regulation – European and International Law – Sectorial Regulation
Programme Duration: 3 Semesters, 60 Credit Points
Studies commence: in March and September

in Environmental Law: Energy, Resources, Environment

Thanks to its special focus on environmental energy and resources law, as well as the related disciplines of environmental and economic sciences, making it unique in its curricular design on German soil, the Master’s programme in Environmental Law – Energy, Resources, Environment (LL.M.) will equip you with comprehensive knowledge in the fields of sustainability and environment law.

In the extra-professional LL.M. programme in Tax Law - Tax Law, in only five semesters, you will be trained as a specialist in the demanding field of national tax law and whilst preparing intensively for the German Chartered Fiscal Consultants' Examination (Steuerberaterexamen).

Obtain an LL.M. whilst remaining active in your profession

The LLM programme at the Professional School is so designed as to enable you to remain fully active in your profession while studying. The attendance periods are usually held at weekends in Lüneburg. Between the attendance periods, the content is acquired in guided self-study on teaching material, which is put at your disposal (books, lecture notes, e-learning) for you to prepare for, and follow up on, the events. During these self-study phases, you will also receive intensive support.
