Open lecture hall at Leuphana: Guest auditors are welcome

2022-09-13 Lüneburg. In the coming winter semester, Leuphana University Lüneburg will once again open its lecture halls to guest auditors. Starting in October, interested auditors can take part in Leuphana's courses and continue their education at an academic level or deepen their personal interests within the framework of the guest auditor programme. Participation is possible regardless of previous education and school-leaving qualifications, as there are no admission requirements.

In the coming semester, the Open Lecture Hall programme will again offer a wide selection of events from 15 subject areas. In addition to a substantive examination of the respective topic, participation also promises an interdisciplinary and intergenerational exchange. The new course catalogue of the Open Lecture Hall is now available online at www.leuphana.de/offener-hoersaal for download. This website also provides answers to frequently asked questions as well as information on registration and counselling options.

Lectures for the winter semester begin on 17 October. The registration deadline for guest students is 31 October. An information event will take place on Wednesday, 28 September, at 4 p.m. in Leuphana's central building. Interested guest auditors are asked to register their participation in the information event by 21 September by sending an e-mail to offener-hoersaal@leuphana.de.

The courses of the winter semester at Leuphana are generally planned as face-to-face courses. Information on the corona protection measures currently in force on the university campus can be found online at www.leuphana.de/portale/coronavirus.html.
