15 Years School of Sustainability – A Look Back on the Anniversary Semester

The School of Sustainability at Leuphana University of Lüneburg celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2025. As part of a special anniversary semester during the Winter Semester of 2025/26, the faculty’s individual institutes organized a series of events that showcased the breadth and diversity of sustainability research within the faculty.

The celebrations concluded with an anniversary symposium held on February 10–11, 2026, which focused on the current state and future developments of sustainability in science and society.
