Sustainability Management, Entrepreneurship, Agency and Leadership
Sustainability science research in the area of entrepreneurship, management and psychology deals with cutting-edge analyses, concepts, methods and solutions that foster sustainability transformations at the individual and organisational level. Effective sustainability transformations are created at the micro-level by individual actors who engage in their organisational and social context. Leuphana’s sustainability entrepreneurship, management and psychological research aims at understanding drivers and obstacles to individual and organisation sustainability transformation to enable the dematerialisation and detoxification of material flows, the transformation of energy and other industrial systems as well as restoring ecosystems and creating biodiversity resilience.
