The area of management tools, statistics and data covers the following tasks in detail:

• the multi-annual strategic target agreement with the State of Lower Saxony and reporting on the achievement of the targets
• the annual offer of study objectives agreement
• the annual calculations of admission capacities and admission figures for each study programme (capacity calculations)
• the internal statistics and data evaluations.

On the one hand, the documents and results produced meet the requirements for accountability to the public sector. On the other hand, the statistics and data-based evaluations form the basis for decisions on the internal development of the university.
